Proposition 3 - The Children's Hospitals Bond Act

Proposition 3 authorizes the sale of $980,000,000 in bonds, which will be guaranteed by the State General Fund, for the purpose of granting funds to California's 13 children's hospitals. These grants would be paid over 30 years in amounts of $64,000,000/year.
Proposition 1A - High-speed Rail Bonds

The passage of Prop 1a will insure the issuance of $9.95 billion in bonds that will fund a $40 billion high-speed railway system in the state that is estimated to be completed in 2030.
